安省新法规生效！多伦多ASE测速摄像头和红灯摄像头信息汇总!

加中资讯网2021年9月17日讯，安省更严格的新驾驶法本周开始生效，危险特技驾驶的司机会面临更严厉的处罚。

 
安省从7月1日起开始更新危险驾驶法，根据安大略省人更安全法案（Moving Ontarians More Safely Act，简称：MOMS) 。该法案通过更长的执照吊销和车辆扣押来打击特技驾驶、激进驾驶和街头赛车。

从本周开始，这个法规进一步加大惩罚力度，根据《公路交通法》第 172 条和安大略省第 455/07 号条例，任何被发现危险驾驶的人都可能被吊销执照30天，而此前是7天。

 

 
任何在限速为 80 公里/小时或以下的道路上，被发现超过40公里/小时或以上超速，除了吊销驾照30天之外，相关车辆也将被扣押14天，之前的处罚是扣押车辆7天。
 
对于限速为80公里/小时或以上的路段，被发现以超过50公里/小时或以上超速会也会有上述处罚。
 
据交通部称，危险激进驾驶已成为一个更令人担忧的问题。2013年至 2019年间，路边吊销驾照的数量暴增130%。

尽管多伦多市努力遏制超速行驶，但危险和鲁莽驾驶仍然是该市最危险的交通安全问题之一。为了阻止那些继续在学校附近的社区安全区超速行驶还是闯红灯的司机--本市已经引入了自动超速执法（ASE）摄像机和闯红灯摄像机的组合。

 

今天，你会发现整个城市有数百个交通和速度执法设备，总计包括50个自动测速摄像机和167个红灯摄像机(可能还在持续增加中)。

 

被抓获的超速1至19公里/小时的人，将收到每公里5加币的固定罚款。如果时速在20至29公里之间，超过规定的速度限制，每公里将被罚款7.5加币。如果超过限速30至49公里/小时，设定的罚款将是每公里12加币。

 

例如，如果一辆车被检测到超速49公里/小时，应支付的罚款总额为718加币，其中包括588加币的定额罚款、125加币的受害者附加费和5加币的不适用的法庭费用。

时速超过规定限速50公里或以上，将不符合法庭外和解的条件。将向注册车主发出传票，要求其在治安法官面前出庭。

另一方面，闯红灯相机捕捉的是在交通信号灯显示为红色的情况下仍进入十字路口的车辆的图像（在红色阶段）。一般来说，当车辆在交通信号灯变红后进入十字路口（通过停车杆）时，摄像机就会被触发。

 

省级执法官员审查拍摄的图像，然后向车主开出罚单--无论谁在驾驶。一旦定罪，唯一的惩罚是罚款--不扣分，而且市政府说注册车主的驾驶记录不会受到影响。

 

如果闯红灯摄像头检测到车辆闯红灯，车辆的注册车主将收到一张罚单，其中包括《省犯罪法》规定的固定罚款（260加币），受害者罚款附加费（60加币），以及适用的法庭费用（5加币）。

市政府的数据显示，这些摄像头正在发挥作用。根据市政府的说法，从2020年7月6日至12月31日，测速相机发出了75,270张罚单，在2021年的前三个月，有81,557张超速罚单。仅在2020年就开出了近80,000张（78,054张）闯红灯相机的违规罚单。
